Words Into Motion is designed for teachers creating Google Slides™ from elementary math word problems.

Information The Add-On Uses

Words Into Motion may process the math word problem text you enter, the Groq API key you choose to save, generated storyboard data returned by Groq, and the active Google Slides™ presentation where you choose to insert slides.

How Information Is Used

The word problem text is sent to Groq to generate a structured storyboard. The generated storyboard is used to create slides in your active presentation.

Your Groq API key is stored in Google Apps Script user properties for your Google account in this Apps Script project. It is used only to call Groq when you request a storyboard.

Information Not Collected

Words Into Motion does not intentionally collect student names, student records, grades, demographic information, or payment information. Users should avoid entering sensitive or personally identifiable student information.

Third-Party Processing

When you generate a storyboard, the word problem text is sent to Groq. Groq's handling of that data is governed by Groq's own terms and privacy policies.

Data Sharing

Words Into Motion does not sell user data. Data is shared with Groq only as needed to generate a storyboard and with Google services as needed to run the add-on and edit your selected presentation.

Data Deletion

You can remove your saved Groq API key from the add-on settings. Generated slides can be deleted directly from Google Slides™.
